Job Description

The role involves managing complex B2B SaaS sales processes, building and maintaining a pipeline, and selling a suite of IoT-based products to various industries, with a focus on developing long-term customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deal cycles from $20,000 to $200,000 selling complex products to multiple personas.
  • Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of net-new customers.
  • Develop deep understanding of diverse industries to align technology solutions with operational needs.
  • Establish and nurture genuine relationships with customers to build trust.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and technical proof of concepts.
  • Sell high-level ROI and safety outcomes to economic buyers such as MDs and FDs.
  • Apply a structured sales methodology to ensure consistent, predictable results.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize prospecting, discovery, and multi-threading activities to meet targets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 18 months in a full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS closing role, with a proven history of building your own pipeline from scratch.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a competitive, complex environment, with this achievement verifiable on your resume.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles and technical proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Native French language proficiency.
  • An ideal candidate offers intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the inner workings of diverse industries such as waste management and food distribution.
  • A structured, repeatable sales framework that delivers success, with an understanding that consistent, high-quality inputs lead to predictable results.
  • A data-minded approach, including the ability to structure activity prospecting volume, discovery depth, and multi-threading to ensure consistent output and forecast accuracy.
  • A relentless drive for self-improvement, actively seeking feedback, iterating on approaches, and evolving tactics to stay ahead of the market.
  • Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable.
