Job Description

The role involves deploying and supporting IoT solutions for mid-market customers across various industries, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing customer success through technical guidance, training, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers to ensure successful implementation and quick time to value.
Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and adoption.
Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
Conduct training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to customers at all levels.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing success and renewals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Deeply understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to diverse customer stakeholders.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
Mid-Market SaaS experience preferred.
Experience supporting or working with technical products.
Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of the software.
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards.
Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS.
Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
