Senior Manager, Direct Flash Module Operations Engineering

EverPure is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Operations Engineering to lead regional engineering execution across APAC. This role serves as a critical bridge between product development, suppliers, and manufacturing partners, ensuring successful new product introduction (NPI), supplier quality performance, and manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will lead distributed engineering teams across the United States, Malaysia, and Vietnam, while acting as the primary Operations Engineering interface with Hsinchu-based teams during NPI phases.
