Job Description

The role involves partnering with mid-to-large enterprise clients to drive business transformation by leveraging IoT data, developing strategic success plans, and working cross-functionally to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise accounts to develop multi-year success plans and drive business transformation.
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend leveraging Samsara's platform for measurable outcomes.
  • Lead data-driven business reviews with senior decision-makers to align operational priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Explain Samsara's platform features to diverse business types and promote adoption and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to address customer needs and remove barriers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Exhibits solid priority management and high emotional intelligence required to lead through the demanding, high-visibility complexity of enterprise accounts, while maintaining a passion for taking initiative and going above and beyond in a dynamic, change-heavy environment.
  • Adept at solving complex problems and communicating with executive stakeholders while maintaining poise in high-visibility enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives, Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering leaders, as well as regular users of our software.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for work.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
