The role involves leading the product strategy and development of customer-facing commerce experiences, including account management, invoicing, billing, and inventory systems, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for customer-facing commerce experiences, including account management, invoicing, billing, inventory, and license management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build and improve commerce-related products and experiences.
- Develop and shape the long-term product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Drive the creation of new customer experiences through iterative development based on customer needs.
- Influence organizational objectives to achieve ambitious product and business goals.
- Lead, develop, and foster high-performing product and project teams.
- Champion organizational principles of simplicity and efficiency by evolving structures, tools, and technologies.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to meet shared objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader of product teams, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling account management and self-serve commerce products.
- Experience in a Director-level role or equivalent, managing multiple teams and product portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a product strategy from conception through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Strong understanding of customer account management, billing, invoicing, and inventory systems.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence cross functional teams at an executive level.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building and inspiring high-performing teams.
