Job Description
Rondo is accelerating industry’s transition to lower-cost, zero-carbon heat and power.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience with industrial equipment procurement including FAT/SAT, commissioning milestones
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures and how Capex procurement interfaces with project delivery milestones
- Experience with industrial equipment commercial frameworks including Milestone based payment terms, and EPA (Equipment Purchase Agreements),
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and vendor technical submittals
- Experience managing long lead equipment procurement such as boilers and other heat transfer equipment.
- Proven negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills with experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- A high degree of integrity
- Ability to analyze and resolve the variety of issues simultaneously
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Strategic Sourcing
- Ability to work with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in G-suite, MS Word, Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail
- Great communication and project management skills

- This role is hybrid, and necessitates being on-site at our Alameda HQ 2-3 days per week. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $185,000 to $220,000 and it would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above pl us additi o nal compe nsation in the form of equity. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels and experience.
