As a Shop Technician Apprentice, you will develop hands-on experience in:
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop or outdoor environment.
Interest in trucks, construction equipment, engines, tools, or mechanical systems.
Ability to follow instructions, document work, and communicate clearly with team members.
Willingness to participate in structured training and pursue certifications as needed.
High school diploma or GED.
Trade school, technical school, diesel, automotive, welding, heavy equipment, or shop experience.
ASE, OSHA, forklift, CDL, or other relevant certification, or interest in pursuing certification.
Prior experience with auto repair, farm equipment, construction equipment, small engines, or mechanical troubleshooting.
