Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including advanced HR Business Partner roles in complex organizations.
Deep, demonstrated expertise in HR principles, employment practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
Proven ability to evaluate complex situations, synthesize data, and exercise sound judgment across multiple variables and competing priorities.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, developing new approaches, and solving problems where precedent or direction may be limited.
Highly credible advisor to leaders at all levels, with strong communication and persuasive skills that connect HR strategies to broader business objectives.
