Requirements
A PhD in organic chemistry, synthetic chemistry or a related field with extensive experience in the field
Proficient in the basic knowledge of chemical reaction mechanism, reaction optimization and control, and familiar with conventional chemical analysis and precision chemical separation technology
Serious and responsible, proactive, rigorous and efficient, with team spirit 4. Chemical project landing and plant construction experience is a plus
