The ERP Solutions Architect will play a central role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the company's next-generation ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP platform, with primary ownership of financial modules including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Partner with Finance and Accounting SMEs to design and document workflows, business processes, and system configurations that support accurate and efficient financial operations.
Collaborate closely with internal software development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for in-house ERP modules.
Support the configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financials, including period-end close, accounting distributions, AP/AR processes, and related financial workflows.
Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to support financial reporting and period-end validation.
Administer ERP security access controls including role design, user provisioning, and segregation of duties compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across financial modules, coordinating with internal developers and business teams as needed.
Support integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems such as WMS and TMS as a secondary responsibility; technical integration development experience is a plus but not required.
Document configurations, support procedures, and training materials; support end-user guidance to enable business self-sufficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
3–7 years of experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms, with a strong focus on financial modules including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and period close.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or comparable ERP financials experience with a willingness to learn D365.
Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and technology, bridging Accounting and Finance stakeholders with software development teams.
Good understanding of finance processes.
Strong aptitude to use AI tools to enable easier integrations and configurations with D365.
Familiarity with ERP integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Strong cross-functional communication skills; experience working directly alongside Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
Organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance project work alongside ongoing support; experience with a ticketing or project tracking system preferred.
