A Business Operations Analyst supporting the energy storage division by optimizing sales processes, managing data and analytics, coordinating cross-functional projects, and contributing to market strategy and project development in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize CRM Hubspot for data quality, pipeline visibility, and insights
Develop sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and forecast performance
Support market prioritization and segmentation analysis for go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing strategy and deal economics
Lead cross-functional projects to ensure seamless customer engagement execution
Manage project development from contract to commissioning, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Streamline sales operations processes, including proposals, contracts, and enablement materials
Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning
Build financial models to evaluate project economics and commercial terms
Support RFP response coordination to ensure timely, high-quality submissions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data analysis.
Experience with CRM platforms or willingness to become a power user quickly.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional projects to completion.
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
Willingness to work in environments such as office or outdoors, with occasional work on weekends or nights, and occasional travel.
Full-time employment with compensation in the range of $87,500 to $117,500 USD, commensurate with experience.
