Job Description
The Systems Engineer Architect will design, maintain, and support mission-critical IT infrastructure for the FBI, ensuring high system uptime and resilience in a high-stakes environment while providing advanced support for complex outages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain virtual and physical IT architectures to support FBI operations
- Ensure system uptime of 99.9% for mission-critical infrastructure
- Provide Tier 4 support for complex system outages
- Conduct growth analysis to inform infrastructure design and scalability
- Support resilience and reliability of the FBI's IT systems
Requirements
- Provide holistic support for the FBI's mission-critical IT infrastructure, including designing and maintaining both virtual and physical architectures that support daily operations.
- Ensure a system uptime of 99.9% by designing resilient architectures and maintaining high availability of systems.
- Provide Tier 4 support for the most complex outages, demonstrating advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
- Design and maintain virtual and physical architectures that support FBI operations, ensuring resilience and reliability.
- Apply growth analysis and infrastructure design to keep the FBI’s technology infrastructure ahead of the curve and enable seamless operations in a high-stakes environment.
