Job Description
A Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist Applications Tester responsible for validating the usability, functionality, and security of mission-critical applications, serving as the main point of contact between development teams and end-users to ensure application performance and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate the usability, functionality, and compliance of deployed systems.
- Own the functional testing process for new applications and enhancements.
- Ensure applications meet performance and security SLAs.
- Act as the Point-of-Contact for gathering requirements and resolving issues for end-users.
Requirements
- Own the functional testing process for new applications and enhancements to ensure they meet performance and security Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the Point-of-Contact (POC) for a diverse user base, actively gathering requirements, resolving issues, and building trust to drive application adoption and success within the Sponsor's high-side environment.
- Validate the usability, functionality, and compliance of deployed systems for mission-critical applications.
- Apply skills in testing to ensure applications meet stringent performance and security standards.
