Job Description
The Policy Analyst Business Process Analyst will collaborate with end-users and technology teams to develop and implement streamlined, automated IT solutions that enhance the efficiency and security of government operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users and technology teams to design and implement automated solutions for existing web and paper-based processes
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout process development and implementation
- Improve the efficiency and security of government operations through process analysis and optimization
Requirements
- Experience working directly with end-users of existing web applications and paper-based processes to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with technology teams to design and implement streamlined, automated solutions for government operations.
- Expertise in policy and procedures to ensure compliance and integration of best practices throughout the process.
- Demonstrated ability to develop or support the development of a next-generation IT application.
- Experience in analyzing and improving business processes within a government or similar organizational setting.
- Strong understanding of government operations, security, and compliance standards relevant to IT applications and processes.
