Job Description
A Policy Analyst Business Process Analyst responsible for collaborating with end-users and technology teams to develop and implement streamlined, automated IT solutions that improve government operational efficiency and security, ensuring policy compliance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users and technology teams to design and implement automated solutions for existing web and paper-based processes
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout the development and implementation of solutions
- Improve the efficiency and security of government operations through process analysis and optimization
Requirements
- Experience working directly with end-users of existing web applications and paper-based processes to gather requirements and improve processes.
- Ability to collaborate with technology teams to design and implement streamlined, automated solutions for government operations.
- Expertise in policy and procedures to ensure compliance and integration of best practices throughout the process.
- Demonstrated ability to develop or contribute to the development of a next-generation IT application.
- Strong understanding of government operations, data, and technology to improve efficiency and security.
- Experience in analyzing and improving business processes within a government or similar environment.
