Job Description
A Policy Analyst Business Process Analyst responsible for collaborating with end-users and technology teams to develop and implement automated, compliant solutions that improve the efficiency and security of government operations through data and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users to understand existing web and paper-based processes
- Design and implement streamlined, automated solutions in collaboration with technology teams
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout process development and implementation
- Develop and refine policies and procedures to support new IT applications and workflows
- Improve the efficiency and security of government operations through process enhancements
Requirements
- Experience working directly with end-users of existing web applications and paper-based processes to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with technology teams to design and implement streamlined, automated solutions.
- Expertise in policy and procedures to ensure compliance and integration of best practices throughout the process.
- Experience in developing or supporting the development of next-generation IT applications for government or similar organizations.
- Knowledge of government operations, data use, and technology to improve efficiency and security.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve business processes related to government operations.
