Job Description
The National Security Director of Growth is responsible for leading business development, marketing, and pursuit efforts for engineering services supporting U.S. national security missions at Combatant Commands and Service Components, focusing on digital transformation and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional growth campaigns for engineering services targeting Combatant Commands and Service Components.
- Manage full go-to-market lifecycle including marketing, business development, capture, and proposal development.
- Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Shape and develop differentiated solutions to meet digital transformation requirements.
- Identify, pursue, and lead pursuit of strategic programs related to digital transformation at military commands.
- Ensure seamless project transition from proposal to delivery with measurable mission impact.
- Drive cross-selling into adjacent business units within the organization.
- Help manage ongoing contracting activities in the targeted areas.
Requirements
- Experience leading a cross functional growth campaign centered on engineering services for the National Security business unit.
- Overall responsibility for the full go to market lifecycle including marketing, business development, capture, solution development, proposal development, project transition, and client success.
- Ability to build trusted executive relationships with Combatant Commands and Service Components.
- Experience in shaping differentiated solutions and winning strategic programs within the national security domain.
- Proven track record of ensuring flawless transition to delivery with measurable mission impact.
- Responsibility for identifying, developing, and leading pursuit of digital transformation requirements at the Combatant Commands and Service Components.
- Experience in managing ongoing contracting activities in areas related to national security and digital transformation.
