Lead Intelligence Analyst

• Design and build investigative analytic workflows directly within GraphAware Hume in partnership with technical teams. • Translate real-world intelligence questions into structured graph queries, visualizations, and repeatable analytical playbooks. • Act as the primary voice of the intelligence user, distinguishing between perceived needs and actual operational requirements. • Validate system outputs against real-world operational scenarios to identify gaps in data representation or entity resolution. • Drive platform adoption through hands-on engagement, mentoring, and high-impact training for new and advanced users. • Ensure technical development remains anchored to mission outcomes, ensuring outputs are explainable and defensible. • Continuously refine system behavior based on analyst feedback and the evolving mission landscape.

• Direct experience using or configuring the GraphAware Hume platform. • Experience working in or alongside graph-based data environments (Neo4j, etc.). • Familiarity with data science concepts, including entity resolution and relationship extraction. • Experience developing and delivering training curricula for intelligence software or platforms. • Background in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodologies.
