Job Description
The IT Program Manager will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing support of a critical web-based internal tool for government use, ensuring compliance, usability, and alignment with organizational goals while serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of a web-based internal tool.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive program execution from inception through delivery and sustain long-term operations and maintenance.
- Ensure continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- The candidate must be a highly experienced IT Program Manager capable of leading the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of a critical web-based internal tool.
- The candidate must have experience leading programs that provide non-technical end-users with compliant and intuitive access to necessary functionality.
- The candidate must serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams, Sponsor stakeholders, and complex regulatory requirements.
- The candidate must have the ability to drive program execution from inception through delivery and sustain long-term operations and maintenance (O M).
- The candidate must ensure continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with Redhorse's strategic goals throughout the program lifecycle.
