Job Description
The IT Program Manager will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing support of a critical web-based internal tool for government use, ensuring compliance, usability, and alignment with organizational goals while serving as the key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of a web-based internal tool.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive program execution from inception through delivery and sustainment.
- Ensure continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Experience leading the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of web-based internal tools, with a focus on providing non-technical end-users with compliant and intuitive access to functionality.
- Ability to serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams, Sponsor stakeholders, and complex regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of driving program execution from inception through delivery and sustaining long-term operations and maintenance (O M ).
- Experience ensuring continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with organizational strategic goals in program management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills capable of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a government or similar environment.
