Job Description
The Governance and Strategy Specialist supports the development and oversight of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) programs within the Intelligence Community, focusing on strategy, innovation, and alignment with national priorities to enhance intelligence gathering and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the future of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) within the Intelligence Community.
- Support oversight of IC open-source resources to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities.
- Promote best practices for OSINT programs across interagency partners.
- Contribute to OSINT strategy and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience supporting or overseeing Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) programs within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Ability to shape and influence OSINT strategy and innovation within a government or intelligence setting.
- Experience ensuring alignment of OSINT programs with national intelligence priorities.
- Ability to promote best practices across interagency partners involved in OSINT activities.
