Job Description
A Full Stack Applications Developer responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and deploying mission-critical software applications for government clients, ensuring security, performance, and compliance across on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy complex full-stack applications for mission-critical systems.
- Gather requirements and design solutions for software development projects.
- Modernize legacy applications to improve performance and security.
- Ensure all systems adhere to performance, security SLAs, and compliance frameworks such as RMF.
- Maintain and support applications hosted on-premise and in AWS cloud environments.
Requirements
- Experience as a Full Stack Applications Developer responsible for the entire software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in developing complex applications hosted both on-premise and in cloud environments, specifically AWS.
- Ability to develop new features and modernize legacy applications to meet mission-critical requirements.
- Experience ensuring all systems strictly adhere to performance and security Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and all architectural and Authority to Operate (A A) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions that support mission-essential applications for government or similar organizations.
- Understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to government or federal systems.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on mission-critical applications.
- Strong communication skills to gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments that require high reliability and capability of mission systems.
