Job Description
A Data Engineer responsible for migrating large-scale legacy data to cloud environments, developing visual analytic applications, and ensuring data accessibility and security to support the FBI's modernization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate over 10TB of legacy data from Oracle and SCOP systems into cloud environments such as AWS S3 and Amazon EKS.
- Develop advanced visual analytic applications to support data analysis and intelligence efforts.
- Ensure bulk relational data is accessible, secure, and prepared for analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in migrating over 10TB of legacy data from Oracle and SCOP systems into modern cloud environments, including AWS S3 and Amazon EKS.
- Developing advanced visual analytic applications to support data analysis and intelligence efforts.
- Ensuring bulk relational data is accessible, secure, and ready for analysis in cloud environments.
- Ability to serve as a bridge between legacy information systems and modern data solutions.
