Cyber Security Engineer V

• Provide senior-level engineering services to support the full spectrum of Computer Network Operations (CNO). • Design and develop advanced solutions that integrate tools and capabilities from multiple sources into unified operational workflows. • Lead technical integration and engineering efforts that directly support cyber mission operations. • Provide high-level technical guidance and operational recommendations to mission planning teams. • Drive the development and enhancement of effects-based cyber capabilities. • Perform deep-dive technical analysis of operational requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions. • Support vulnerability research (VR), reverse engineering (RE), and the development of operational capabilities. • Administer and support Linux-based systems and the underlying operational infrastructure. • Collaborate closely with operators, analysts, developers, and engineers to continuously improve mission effectiveness. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience working with or developing tools for 5G/4G cellular, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi technologies. • Advanced understanding of network protocols and packet-level analysis. • Experience dissecting proprietary or undocumented protocols. • Experience leading technical teams or providing formal mentorship to engineering staff. • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to operational and mission leadership. • Prior experience supporting high-tempo operational cyber mission environments.
