Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist role involves providing mission-focused assistance to Intelligence Community stakeholders by supporting open source intelligence (OSINT) platforms, tools, and resources, ensuring effective access, navigation, and utilization to meet national intelligence priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support oversight of IC open-source resources to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities
- Provide user assistance for accessing, navigating, and leveraging OSINT platforms, tools, and services
- Troubleshoot OSINT resource issues and collect user feedback
- Interface with technical and mission teams to drive adoption of OSINT resources
Requirements
- Deliver high-quality, mission-focused user assistance to IC stakeholders who rely on OSINT capabilities, ensuring timely, knowledgeable, and secure support for accessing, navigating, and leveraging OSINT platforms, tools, and services.
- Provide troubleshooting, feedback collection, and interface with technical and mission teams to drive adoption of OSINT resources.
- Support oversight of IC open-source resources to ensure alignment of OSINT collection and analytic efforts with national intelligence priorities.
