Job Description
A Customer Support Specialist supporting Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) efforts within the Intelligence Community, providing user assistance, troubleshooting, and promoting the adoption of OSINT tools and resources to align with national intelligence priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IC oversight of open-source resources to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities
- Provide user assistance for accessing, navigating, and leveraging OSINT platforms, tools, and services
- Troubleshoot OSINT tools and platforms to facilitate effective use by stakeholders
- Collect feedback and interface with technical and mission teams to improve OSINT capabilities
- Drive adoption of OSINT resources among IC stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting the oversight of open-source resources within the Intelligence Community (IC) and ensuring alignment of OSINT collection and analytic efforts with national intelligence priorities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, mission-focused user assistance to IC stakeholders who rely on OSINT capabilities, including providing timely, knowledgeable, and secure support for accessing, navigating, and leveraging OSINT platforms, tools, and services.
- Experience in troubleshooting OSINT platforms, tools, and services, and providing feedback to technical and mission teams to drive adoption of OSINT resources.
- Demonstrated understanding of OSINT strategy and innovation within the Intelligence Community (IC).
