Job Description
The OSINT Customer Support Specialist provides mission-focused assistance to intelligence community stakeholders by supporting open source intelligence platforms, troubleshooting issues, and promoting the adoption of OSINT tools to enhance national security efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support oversight of IC open-source resources to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities
- Provide user assistance for accessing, navigating, and leveraging OSINT platforms, tools, and services
- Troubleshoot OSINT tools and platforms to facilitate user adoption and resolve issues
- Collect feedback from users to improve OSINT capabilities and support
- Interface with technical and mission teams to enhance OSINT resource utilization
Requirements
- Experience supporting users with OSINT platforms, tools, and services, providing timely, knowledgeable, and secure assistance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to OSINT resources and provide effective feedback to technical and mission teams.
- Experience delivering high-quality, mission-focused user assistance to stakeholders within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Knowledge of OSINT collection and analytic efforts and their alignment with national intelligence priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to support the adoption of OSINT resources through user support and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of the importance of secure support and navigation of OSINT platforms, tools, and services.
- Ability to interface effectively with technical teams and mission stakeholders to support OSINT capabilities.
