Job Description
The Case Support Manager at Redhorse Corporation is responsible for guiding investigative personnel through technical, legal, and operational processes to deploy Computer Network Operations capabilities, supporting mission planning, coordination, and communication across technical and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide investigative personnel through technical, legal, and operational requirements for deploying Computer Network Operations capabilities
- Support mission planning and authority validation
- Coordinate technical activities and ensure operational documentation
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical leadership
- Translate complex technical processes into actionable guidance for mission partners
Requirements
- Guidance of investigative personnel through the technical, legal, and operational requirements necessary to deploy Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
- Support mission planning, authority validation, technical coordination, operational documentation, and communication across technical and non-technical leadership.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Possess exceptional communication abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical processes into actionable guidance for a diverse set of mission partners.
