Job Description
The Authorization and Accreditation Lead is responsible for managing the security authorization lifecycle of government systems, ensuring compliance with security frameworks like RMF, developing accreditation artifacts, and collaborating with engineering teams to integrate security measures throughout system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) lifecycle for critical programs.
- Develop and maintain accreditation artifacts.
- Oversee continuous monitoring of security compliance.
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison for the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into system operations.
- Apply expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and agency-specific security processes.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain accreditation artifacts.
