Job Description

The Technical Program Manager at Everpure is responsible for leading the delivery of complex engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases and SaaS deployments to support the company's data storage platform.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate the delivery of complex engineering initiatives for the Everpure Platform from conception to deployment
Optimize Agile processes across cross-functional teams to ensure predictable sprints and high-quality outputs
Identify and mitigate technical dependencies and bottlenecks to ensure continuous delivery
Translate technical architecture into project health metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders
Manage CapEx and OpEx planning for engineering programs to align with budget goals

Requirements

Experience in leading complex software release programs, utilizing independent judgment to translate high-level objectives into specific courses of action.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies to facilitate complex technical decisions and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in generating actionable metrics, dashboards, and reports that drive data-informed improvements to engineering processes and project health.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams from conception through deployment, ensuring all technical acceptance criteria are met and key milestones are achieved on time.
Experience in establishing and refining Agile processes across cross-functional teams to maintain a predictable sprint cadence and high-quality deliverable output.
Proactive identification of technical dependencies and critical paths, with the ability to implement mitigation strategies to prevent escalations and ensure continuous delivery.
Strong strategic communication skills to translate high-level technical architecture into actionable project health metrics and provide clear status transparency to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in managing CapEx and OpEx planning for engineering programs, ensuring accurate accounting and alignment with quarterly budgetary goals.
Location requirement: Ability and willingness to work primarily from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
