Job Description
The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead data center deployment initiatives, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of next-generation data center solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing substantial budgets to ensure technical excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the technical roadmap for data center deployments from concept to operation
- Lead cross-functional teams to specify, scope, and execute hardware and software requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring quality and performance standards
- Manage a multi-million dollar deployment budget with financial oversight and optimization
- Act as the primary technical and logistical point of contact for deployment projects
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical programs, with a proven track record of managing complex projects with significant budget and resource dependencies.
- Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to take full ownership of program outcomes, driving quality, defining metrics, and championing best practices across the organization.
- Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 136,000 - 234,000 USD
