The Talent Sourcer at Everpure is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and engage candidates.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into candidate profiles.
Manage the candidate pipeline by conducting outreach, screening, and maintaining talent pools.
Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and provide regular updates on pipeline status and market insights.
Represent the company's employer brand professionally in online and candidate interactions.
Continuously experiment with new sourcing techniques and AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Experience as a Sourcer, Talent Researcher, or Recruiter in either an agency or in-house environment
Proficiency in advanced Boolean search techniques across multiple platforms
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, particularly for niche or hard-to-fill roles
Hands-on experience operating ATS and/or CRM tools for effective pipeline management and reporting
Strong command of written and verbal communication skills to tailor messaging to different profiles
Ability to identify key skills required for each role and thoroughly assess the strongest candidates
Highly organized and data-minded professional capable of managing multiple roles and priorities in parallel
Ability to work in a distributed global team and flex hours to collaborate across time zones
Willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
