This role involves leading talent acquisition efforts for high-impact sales positions across the APJ region, managing recruitment strategies, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership to build high-performing sales teams that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact sales roles across APJ.
Manage stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders to align hiring with business goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for quota-carrying sales professionals, pre-sales engineers, and go-to-market specialists.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers to meet hiring objectives.
Oversee proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitor analysis, to build strong sales talent pipelines.
Provide talent insights and market analysis to inform business decisions.
Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, data-driven, and aligned with best practices.
Requirements
15 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managing teams in the APJ region.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and quota-carrying sales roles.
Strong track record of stakeholder management with senior leaders across multiple APJ countries.
Prior experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters and sourcers.
Deep understanding of the APJ talent market, hiring practices, and cultural nuances.
Fluency in English.
Experience with a strong data-driven approach, including recruitment analytics and reporting.
Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems such as Greenhouse and Gem.
