Key Responsibilities
- As our first onsite Subscription Services Representative based in Paris, you will own the renewals engine for France, our strong revenue-generating region in EMEA.
- Own a large, strategic renewal territory representing one of the most significant revenue streams in EMEA
- Act as the central point of coordination for subscription and maintenance renewals
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Channel Partners, Finance, Deal Desk, Support, and Systems Engineering teams
- Drive customer retention, recurring revenue, and expansion opportunities
- Help establish and grow Everpure's local renewals presence in France
- Play a visible role in a fast-growing, high-impact organization where your work directly influences business results
Requirements
- Business Fluent English/French (written and spoken)
- Experience within enterprise software, infrastructure, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology organizations
- Experience working in a channel or partner-led sales environment
- Experience managing installed base or recurring revenue portfolios
- Knowledge of reporting, analytics, or data management tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
