The Strategic Enterprise Deals Manager is responsible for managing complex deal strategies, pricing, and monetization efforts within the Deals Desk and Strategy Team, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and meet company goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming deals for accuracy, fitness, and alignment with policies and strategic initiatives
Develop and drive pricing and monetization strategies to win deals
Manage complex deal engagements, structure and model deals, and coordinate internal approvals
Collaborate with stakeholder teams for urgent, time-sensitive decisions
Provide insights and trends on key business metrics to sales leadership
Understand the company's business model, competitive landscape, and product offerings
Requirements
8 years of regional deal desk, Finance, sales, or related experience
Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred or similar CPQ platform
Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset
Problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills
Extremely detail-oriented
Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
