Job Description

The ServiceNow Platform Developer Intern role involves designing and building digital workflows, developing custom applications, enhancing user interfaces, and resolving platform issues to support and improve the company's global operations through innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect digital workflows to automate processes and eliminate manual bottlenecks
Design and configure automated processes using Flow Designer and Glide APIs
Build and deploy custom ServiceNow applications with clean, documented JavaScript code
Create and refine custom widgets within the Service Portal for improved user experience
Debug and resolve platform defects in collaboration with senior developers
Contribute to the preparation and deployment of platform releases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and APIs

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with the ability to commit to 20 hours per week.
A strong grasp of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and proficiency in JavaScript.
The ability to translate abstract business requirements into functional technical requirements with high attention to detail.
A proactive approach to learning in a team setting, with the communication skills necessary to document technical features for non-technical stakeholders.
Work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
