As the Senior Tax Analyst - Domestic Tax, you will play a key role in supporting U.S. federal, state, and local income tax compliance and the company’s quarterly and annual global tax provision. You will partner closely with internal Finance teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting while helping improve and scale tax processes as the company grows.
This is a newly created role with exposure across U.S. corporate tax compliance, ASC 740, tax audits, R&D tax credits, SOX controls, and process automation within a fast-paced, multinational public company environment.
Support U.S. Corporate Tax Compliance: Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax workpapers, quarterly estimated tax payments, extensions, and related filings. Coordinate closely with external advisors and perform initial reviews of corporate tax returns to support timely and accurate compliance.
Support Global Tax Provision & Financial Reporting: Contribute to quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision processes, including preparation, analysis, and documentation supporting Forms 10-Q and 10-K, while executing applicable SOX controls.
Support Tax Audits & R&D Tax Credits: Assist with IRS and state tax audits through information gathering, analysis, and response coordination. Support R&D tax credit calculations and documentation in partnership with internal stakeholders and external specialists.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work across Finance and other business teams to gather, validate, and analyze data required for tax compliance, reporting, audits, and other tax initiatives.
Improve & Scale Tax Processes: Identify opportunities to improve and automate tax workflows, including the use of AI and financial systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Contribute to system enhancements, technical tax analysis, and other special projects.
Requirements
U.S. Corporate Tax Experience: 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience, with knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state corporate income tax compliance. Experience supporting a multinational publicly traded company is a plus.
ASC 740 & SEC Reporting Knowledge: Solid understanding of ASC 740 with experience preparing or reviewing tax provisions and supporting Forms 10-Q and 10-K tax disclosures.
Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and tax research capabilities with the ability to interpret complex tax matters and maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality.
Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to improving and scaling tax processes. Experience with automation, AI tools, NetSuite, SAP, and/or Zuora is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required. CPA or Master's degree in Taxation is preferred but not required.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
