• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations , Business Operations , or Master Data Management roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Anaplan ; familiarity with Reltio , D&B , and account hierarchy tools is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of sales planning processes, territory management, quota allocation, and sales compensation dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and influence without authority.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex operational issues.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience supporting global sales organizations is preferred.
