Job Description
The Product Manager for Pure's Cloud Native Business Unit will be responsible for expanding the Portworx Enterprise container storage offering, focusing on feature prioritization, customer engagement, and collaboration with engineering and UX teams to enhance the product experience and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the product roadmap for Portworx Enterprise focusing on simplicity, automation, and scalability.
- •Represent customer needs by identifying use cases and requirements based on pain points and business value drivers.
- •Collaborate with engineering, UX, and Product Management to enhance product experience and introduce new capabilities.
- •Drive grooming sessions and manage day-to-day prioritization for roadmap execution.
- •Follow lean startup methodology to measure product market fit and ensure customer satisfaction.
- •Align with leadership to establish project scope and goals, providing guidance for program teams.
Requirements
- •Overall 10 years of experience in building Enterprise Cloud SaaS products.
- •4 years of experience in product management, preferably with cloud native Kubernetes background.
- •Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems and drive great business results by bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders.
- •Broad experience building delightful experiences for admin personas using enterprise products, preferably in areas of storage, data management, backup, and security.
- •Good knowledge of how cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes are transforming the infrastructure landscape and prior experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
- •Ability to define the right metrics, track and refine them, and extract insights to drive decision making.
- •Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile development environment and manage multiple, concurrent priorities and projects.
- •Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
