Job Description
The SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Security solutions, focusing on access control and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP GRC access control and risk management modules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee user provisioning, role-based access controls, and SOD analysis systems.
- Assist in development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to SAP security and compliance.
- Support internal and external auditors by providing documentation and ensuring audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP GRC solutions.
- Extensive experience with implementing and managing GRC access control and segregation of duties solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and maintain SAP GRC access control and risk management modules.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including finance, internal and external audit, and IT, to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Experience overseeing user provisioning, role-based access controls, and SOD analysis systems.
- Experience assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to SAP security and compliance.
- Ability to support internal and external auditors by providing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Willingness to be present in the office for 3 days a week as this is an office-centric role.
