Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst will support the newly formed SE Center of Excellence by driving operational improvements, reporting, and project management to enhance lifecycle management processes and optimize performance for customers and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the SE Center of Excellence
  • Streamline the lifecycle management process for ASEs
  • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting dashboards for KPIs
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership teams
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Automate routine tasks and support new systems implementation
  • Coordinate lifecycle management activities with other departments
  • Lead and support key projects within the CoE
  • Develop and maintain documentation on new processes and tools
  • Assist in the creation of training materials for ASEs
  • Assist in the development and execution of enablement strategies
  • Manage internal communication channels for updates and insights

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales operations, business operations, and/or management consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, and proficiency with reporting and analytics platforms like Anaplan or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders, including SE Leadership and Customer Service teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to present data-driven insights to senior management.
  • A good track record with process ideation, implementation, and modification with strong foresight, and attention to detail for the identification of upstream and downstream effects of process changes.

  • Compensation/salary range: $130,000.00 - $196,000.00 for Santa Clara, CA; $118,000.00 - $177,000.00 for Chicago, IL
