The Recruiting Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer processes, and recruiting events to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full interview scheduling process between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork accurately and promptly.
Maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the hiring process.
Coordinate and support recruiting events such as career fairs and campus recruiting activities.
Requirements
Experience in managing the full interview scheduling process, acting as a central point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
Ability to draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
Proficiency in maintaining the integrity of candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is current and compliant with data privacy regulations.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve logistical challenges before they arise.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
Willingness to work primarily from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
