Key Responsibilities
- As the Strategic Executive Assistant to the AVP & Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will serve as the operational force multiplier driving regional execution, leadership alignment, and strategic growth. You will partner directly with the AVP and ANZ sales leadership team to streamline executive operations, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, and track critical business KPIs across expanding markets. This role offers high visibility and direct impact within a dynamic, fast-growing enterprise technology environment where proactive decision-making and business acumen translate directly into organizational success.
- Executive Leadership Alignment & Governance: Partner directly with the AVP & Country Manager to design and execute executive meeting cadences, track key business KPIs, and ensure strict follow-through on cross-functional strategic action items across ANZ operations.
- Strategic Operations & Logistics Management: Drive end-to-end operational efficiency for regional sales leaders by managing complex multi-time-zone calendar schedules, international and domestic travel itineraries, and high-priority regional events and business reviews.
- Cross-Functional Liaison & Communication: Serve as a primary communication bridge between ANZ sales leadership, global executive teams, and key internal/external stakeholders, synthesizing information and delivering clear correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Financial & Administrative Ownership: Manage administrative workflows including executive expense reports, purchase orders (POs), budget tracking, and the compilation of data-driven presentations and reports for executive reviews.
Requirements
- Executive Support Expertise: Proven capability supporting senior sales or regional business executives in high-growth technology environments, with demonstrated skill in managing complex, competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Project & Operational Mastery: Strong project management abilities, organizational agility, and meticulous attention to detail with experience handling budget/PO coordination and executive reporting workflows.
- Strategic Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a track record of exercising complete confidentiality and tact when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Adaptability & Analytical Thinking: High business acumen, sound judgment, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to stay composed and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Melbourne office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
