Job Description
This role involves full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced, innovative tech company, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top engineering and corporate talent across the EMEA region while promoting a positive candidate experience and employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans.
- Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies for engineering and G&A roles.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive experience and representing company culture.
- Use data and market insights to advise hiring teams, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System for reporting and compliance.
- Coordinate and support recruiting and employer branding events.
- Champion internal mobility and employee referral programs, coaching managers and staff on their use.
Requirements
- Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment, hiring for Engineering and or corporate functions in EMEA.
- Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building through offer, negotiation, and close.
- Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape and ability to discuss technical concepts to assess candidates experience.
- Proven sourcing expertise, including advanced use of social media, professional networks, and Boolean search to find and engage talent.
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, using data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and priorities.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a high bar for talent, while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
