Job Description
The Program Manager, Integrated Operations will oversee the lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource management while collaborating with various departments to drive project success.
Responsibilities
- •Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program.
- •Define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
- •Establish timelines and milestones using Gantt charts.
- •Manage dependencies and minimize risks.
- •Oversee project budgets and resource allocation.
- •Build and enforce project management governance and processes.
- •Manage and lead multiple projects within a program simultaneously.
- •Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders.
- •Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices.
- •Work with business stakeholders to identify objectives and key metrics.
- •Review and analyze business requirement documents.
- •Manage scope creep, dependencies, and change management.
- •Debrief at the end of each project and incorporate feedback.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams for resource and SME support.
Requirements
- •8 years of program management experience leading cross-functional, transformational projects/programs.
- •Project Management certification(s) preferred (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.).
- •Proficiency in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
- •Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
- •Proficient technical understanding of standard storage industry terminology.
- •Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
- •Proficient in slide deck preparation and presentation skills (Google Slides).
- •Ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
- •Ability to balance multiple program timelines and resources.
- •Ability to influence and make project decisions without authority.
- •Advanced in SmartSheets or equivalent project management tools to manage program plans, dashboards, and track metrics.
- •Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented.
- •Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
- •High attention to detail.
- •Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure's policies.
