Job Description

The role involves leading the development and execution of product strategy for a data storage platform, collaborating across teams to deliver innovative features, optimize performance, and drive global market success in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the Everpure Platform by defining strategy and executing high-impact product initiatives.
Prioritize and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of features that deliver customer value.
Translate customer research and market analysis into actionable product specifications and solutions.
Define and monitor KPIs to optimize product performance and drive user adoption.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enable successful global go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and problem definition to successful global launch and iterative improvement.
Proven experience in defining and communicating a multi-quarter product strategy that aligns with overarching business goals and technical architecture.
Experience in prioritizing initiatives by balancing customer value, technical debt, and business impact to ensure a high-velocity flow of quality features from discovery to launch.
Ability to translate deep customer research and competitive analysis into actionable specifications, partnering with engineering to solve complex technical constraints through agile methodologies.
Experience in defining and owning KPIs for a product area, utilizing quantitative data and qualitative feedback to iterate on features and maximize user adoption.
Experience in partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop compelling narratives and ensure successful positioning of new capabilities to a global client base.
Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and problem definition to successful global launch and iterative improvement.
Mastery in breaking down complex technical or business problems into clear requirements and making high-stakes decisions based on data and logical frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building consensus across engineering, design, and executive stakeholders to drive outcomes in an iterative environment.
Experience managing competing priorities and technical trade-offs while maintaining focus on the long-term health and scalability of the product platform.
Work from the Prague, CZ office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
