We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes (both in-house and vendor-managed).
Understanding of payroll accounting, including GL posting, reconciliation, and payroll-to-ledger mapping.
Hands-on experience with multi-country payroll operations, preferably through a global payroll vendor.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data modeling).
Strong data analysis abilities, including interpreting trends, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., chatbots, RPA, AI-enhanced analytics, or workflow automation platforms).
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.) is a plus.
Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
