The Operational Resilience Analyst is responsible for managing the company's GRC and Enterprise Resilience programs, including risk remediation, documentation, system administration, and supporting preparedness exercises to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Remediation Lifecycle by triaging findings, assigning owners, and ensuring corrective actions are resolved on schedule.
Coordinate Resilience Documentation, including gathering data for Business Impact Assessments and updating Disaster Recovery runbooks.
Administer GRC Systems by maintaining resilience tools, generating risk reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Support Preparedness Exercises by organizing logistics, capturing notes, and integrating insights into continuous improvement.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to finding closures and documentation accuracy.
Requirements
A background in GRC, IT Audit, Business Continuity, or Security Operations where you have successfully managed task tracking, issue remediation, or control follow-ups.
Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset, comfortable using GRC tools or advanced spreadsheets to manage large volumes of data without letting details slip through the cracks.
Possess the communication skills to follow up with busy technical owners and the ability to document complex processes in a simple, clear, and auditable format.
Active interest in learning and applying global frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST to help a world-class tech company maintain its operational edge.
Work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
