Member of Technical Staff- Firmware Development

As a critical contributor to the Direct Flash Module (DFM) team, you will design and evolve the proprietary firmware that powers Everpure’s industry-leading FlashArray and FlashBlade solutions. You will sit at the intersection of hardware and software, developing the logic that allows our custom enterprise storage devices to outperform standard off-the-shelf SSDs. This role offers the unique opportunity to pioneer QLC NAND management and low-level hardware integration, directly impacting the cost and scalability of the global Everpure Platform.

• Core Firmware Expertise: Proven experience in SSD device firmware development, with a deep understanding of NAND flash characteristics and translation layers.
• Systems Programming: Advanced proficiency in C/C++ for embedded environments and Python for developing automation frameworks and diagnostic tools.
• Hardware Interfacing: Hands-on experience with SoC bring-up, micro-controllers, and debugging low-level hardware/firmware interactions.
• Lifecycle Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of modern firmware test and release processes, including CI/CD and regression testing in a team environment.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
