Job Description
An HR Technology Project Manager responsible for leading and managing cross-functional HR technology projects, ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure effective implementation and testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and vendors, to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder updates, and steering committees to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Implement project management best practices, templates, and tools to support the HR Technology portfolio.
- Support change management and adoption planning to facilitate smooth transitions to new technologies and processes.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the HR Technology PMO framework.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience managing HR technology or enterprise system projects.
- Experience working with Workday, ATS, CRM, or other HR platforms (preferred).
- Proven track record leading multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed global environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills able to work across technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in partnership with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Possession of PMP, Agile Scrum, or Scaled Agile certification.

Annual base salary range of $104,000 to $157,000 USD
