An HR Technology Project Manager responsible for leading and managing cross-functional HR technology projects, ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure effective implementation and testing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and vendors, to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Manage project governance, stakeholder updates, and steering committees to ensure transparency and accountability.
Implement project management best practices, templates, and tools to support the HR Technology portfolio.
Support change management and adoption planning to facilitate smooth transitions to new technologies and processes.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the HR Technology PMO framework.
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience managing HR technology or enterprise system projects.
Experience working with Workday, ATS, CRM, or other HR platforms (preferred).
Proven track record leading multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed global environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills able to work across technical and business audiences.
Experience working in partnership with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Possession of PMP, Agile Scrum, or Scaled Agile certification.

Annual base salary range of $104,000 to $157,000 USD
